Belinda Gail V. Fly

Belinda Gail V. Fly is a graduate of the University of New Orleans where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources. Fly has worked in non-profit administration, operations and management for more than 20 years.  Her attention to detail, logical and critical thinking approach, landed her coordinator, manager and director-level positions in Administrative Services and Operations. She has combined her hands-on experience and knowledge with former co-worker and consulting partner Monica Landry to launch F.L.O.S.S. – F & L Organizational Support Services, Inc., a 501 c 3 non-profit consulting business designed for the sole purpose of helping small businesses, especially non-profits develop and build infrastructure in order to work more efficiently.

Monica Landry

Monica Landry is the owner of ML Associates, a bookkeeping service for small to mid-sized businesses where she provides basic bookkeeping, accounting and financial services to clients.  She is a graduate of the University of Phoenix, where she obtained both her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Masters of Business Administration. Monica is passionate about educating non-profit Executive Directors on the importance of knowing and understanding their organization’s financials and financial reporting responsibilities. She has worked in the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors in Accounting for more than 20 years. She is well respected by her clients and appreciated for her honest and hands-on approach to the work she does for each organization.
